How to make a backup?

In menu "Tools", choose "Backup"

provide backup filename in dialog

Specify the name of backup file by clicking the "Browse" button.
The backup will be created as a Zip file format which include all the email templates, address book and software settings.

Click "Backup" button to start the backup process.
