Click menu "Document Settings", choose document type and choose "Design".
Document Design Windows will be shown. On the left, click to change to Header section.
You can set Logo, Company Name, Address and also document title here. Logo should be in size of 800x300 pixels and Color logo will be converted into black and white automatically. Company Name, address, and document title can each set with different font style.
