This issue is typically caused by the printer settings in Windows.

Please navigate to Windows Settings > Printers. Select your printer and access Printing Preferences. In the Advanced Options, you can choose a different Paper Size. In some cases, the printer defaults to a paper size with a shorter length. Please select the longest available option.

In the sample image below, the printer offers various paper sizes with the same width. Ensure to select the longest one to prevent the printout from being cut off.
