The layout of the default format in header is fixed.
However, if you want to change the layout / customize the header, you can prepare a 800x150 jpeg image and use it as header.
You can find three options in header settings,
use the default layout,
use an image as header, and
print empty header for letterhead paper
Please choose the second option, and locate your header image.
