How to show Status or other columns in document list?
Right-click anywhere within the Document List to open the popup menu.
From the menu options, select "List Columns".
In the popup dialog, you will see a comprehensive list of all the available column options.
Check the boxes next to the column names you want to appear in the Document List. To hide a column, just uncheck the corresponding box.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the dialog.
Instantly, the Document List view will update to only show the columns you have chosen to display.
The columns in Customer List, Supplier List, Item List and Report List can be set in similiar way.
