The license includes 1-year of free version updates. You may upgrade the software to a new version within one year from the date of purchase.

After purchasing the software, we will immediately email you the license information. Simply fill in the license details within the trial version, which will then convert to the full version. All data, information, and settings within the trial version will be retained and not deleted.
Yes, all the existing data and settings will be retained after registration.
ChequeSystem supports laser printers, inkjet printers, and dot-matrix printers for printing cheques.
Printing on a cheque is similar to printing an address on an envelope. The paper size and paper feeding process are also similar.
Within the Settings of ChequeSystem, you can select different paper feeding methods to align with your specific printer.

Cheque Layout List
It looks like the text may be too close to the right edge of the paper size provided.
Some printers may have a safety margin setting, causing text within that margin not to print out.
You may try expanding the width of the cheque layout to enable the printer to continue printing.

1. Navigate to the menu "Management > Cheque Layout List" and double-click to edit your cheque layout.
2. In the popup dialog, increase the cheque width by 20mm or 30mm.
Save the layout changes and attempt printing again.

Yes, ChequeSystem supports multiple companies. You can create separate workspaces to manage multiple companies.
Each workspace is dedicated to a specific company and includes its own chequebooks, cheques, payee list, reports, and software. All data related to each company is stored in its respective workspace folder.
To set up a workspace for a particular company, navigate to the “File” menu and select “Switch Workspace”. In the popup list, click [+] to create a new workspace.
