Recycle Bin
When you delete documents within EasyBilling, they are moved to the Recycle Bin, acting as a safety net. The “Recycle Date” column indicates when each document was moved to the Recycle Bin.
Restoring Documents
To restore a document, simply select it in the Recycle Bin and click the [Restore] button. Alternatively, you can drag the document to any other folder to restore it to that location.
Automatic Cleaning
The Recycle Bin includes an “Auto Clean” feature to manage storage space. You can configure Auto Clean to automatically and permanently delete documents that have been in the Recycle Bin for a specified period (30, 60, 90, or 180 days). By default, Auto Clean is disabled (“Never”).
