How to Copy Item Information between Documents

If you want to copy item information from one document to another, you may follow the simple steps below.

  1. Open the document containing the items you wish to copy.
  2. Navigate to the line item tab.
  3. Use your mouse to select the line items you want to copy.
  4. To select multiple items, hold down the CTRL key while clicking on each item. Alternatively, use the SHIFT key to select a range of consecutive items.

  5. Right-click on the selected items and choose “Copy Item” from the popup menu.
  6. Copy Item Information to Documents

  7. Open the document where you want to paste the copied items.
  8. Navigate to the line item tab.
  9. Right-click on the line item table and select “Paste Item” from the popup menu.
  10. The item information will now be pasted into the new document.
